Main Responsibilities If you want to have overall responsibility for one or more departments and lead employees, the Team Lead role in the grocery department is perfect for you. Below you can see what it means to be a Team Lead at Hemköp: You are responsible for purchasing and sales, and for the department achieving our jointly set goals. You are responsible for ensuring customers have a good experience with us. The customer is at the heart of our business, and therefore daily customer contact is important for creating a positive store experience. Together with your employees, you must ensure profitability and ensure that routines are followed and that we monitor gross profit and sales. As a Team Lead, you will have personnel responsibility. This includes ensuring that employees receive correct information, develop, and enjoy their work, and that the work in the store runs smoothly. You will also be part of the store's management team. This position is: Permanent full-time employment, probation applies. Start date: October 1, 2026 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect Being interested in food, good at driving sales, and enjoying working with people is a requirement for the role. Below you can see what more is expected of you as a Team Lead at Hemköp: You should have knowledge of the products in your area of responsibility. You need to be familiar with basic financial key figures and have experience working in retail. As a Team Lead, your leadership is important. You need to be good at explaining routines, describing what goals the store should achieve, and what challenges exist. You need to be comfortable with a fast pace. Equally important is that you can delegate work, both give and receive feedback, and that you are not afraid to drive through changes.
