In short, the position means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices. The position includes: Permanent employment, full-time. Probation period applies. Start date: By agreement. Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good skills in Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have previous experience from leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's a bit more about the position: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your immediate supervisor, and you lead and plan the operations of the fresh produce team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational work of the store. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You also participate in developing and following up the store's business plan. You have personnel responsibility for the employees in your team and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to employees developing and performing according to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, finesse, and a great smile.
