Job Details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies
Start Date: 2026-09-14 or by agreement
Working Hours: You will rotate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail.
Here's a bit more about the role:
You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan activities in the fresh produce team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work.
You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You also participate in developing and monitoring the store's business plan.
You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding.
You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to your team members developing and performing to their full potential.
You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.
