In short, the job means you help our customers shop for good sustainable food at really great prices. Job Details: Permanent full-time position. Probation period applies. Start Date: By agreement. Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably within retail. More About the Role: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan operations for the fresh foods team. Of course, you actively participate in daily store operations. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. You have personnel responsibility for team members and are responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and help team members develop and perform to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.
