In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probation period applies. Start date: 2026-10-05 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You must have prior experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail. More about the role: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan operations for the fresh foods team. Of course, you actively participate in daily store operations. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You also participate in developing and monitoring the store's business plan. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and help your team members grow and perform to their full potential.
