Here you will have the opportunity to lead an important function in an operation that is open 24/7, year-round. Together with your team, you contribute to creating a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for thousands of travelers, tenants, and employees every day. What does the role entail? As Team Lead within Facility Clean, you have personnel responsibility for a larger work group of approximately 25 employees. You work in close collaboration with another Team Lead and together you lead and develop the operation forward. Although your working hours are primarily office hours, the operation runs 24/7, which means you lead a group that works in both day and night shifts. You are responsible for holding regular team meetings as well as weekly meetings with both day and night staff to ensure good communication, quality, and work environment. You will: Lead, coach, and develop employees in daily work Ensure delivery, performance, and quality within Facility Clean Be responsible for work environment and personnel matters, including cooperation with union representatives when needed Work with competence development, follow-up, and onboarding of new employees Participate operatively in operations when needed, in both day and night shifts Ensure compliance with safety procedures and governance systems Create engagement, satisfaction, and good team spirit in the team Perform administrative tasks and work in systems such as Heroma, IFS, Easy Cube, and the Skills Terminal The role requires you to switch between strategic leadership and an active, present leadership in daily operations, with a focus on quality, structure, and collaboration. To succeed in this assignment, you need to be on-site at the airport approximately 80 percent of your working time, close to both employees and operational activities. Who are you? We are looking for you who is a confident, present, and structured leader with experience managing larger groups of people. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have the ability to create engagement in an operation with a fast pace and diversity. You have: Several years of experience in operational leadership with personnel responsibility for direct reports, including work with personnel matters Experience working closely with employees in a dynamic and changing environment High school diploma Driver's license (Category B) Fluent Swedish and very good English, spoken and written Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Meritorious: Experience from facility cleaning, property management, or other operational activities with shift work Experience with business or maintenance systems, such as IFS Experience with systematic work environment efforts Experience from larger workplaces with many different stakeholders As a person, you are responsible, independent, and initiative-taking, with the ability to adapt your work according to the operation's needs.
