In short, this role means you contribute to helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while you're prepared to take the step toward becoming a leader at Willys. Job details: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation applies. Start date: September 1, 2026 or by agreement. Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). Here's more about the role: You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without having the team lead's full personnel responsibility. Together with your team lead, you lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You will learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as team lead. This is a springboard to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually store manager? You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You are part of the store's management and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned through work and training.
