About the job We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Sollentuna Häggvik! In short, this role means you'll help our customers buy good and sustainable food at really great prices, while you're being prepared to take the next step to become a leader at Willys. Job details: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, trial period applies. Start date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Work hours: You'll vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). Here's more about the role: You're a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without the team lead's full personnel responsibility. Together with your team lead, you'll lead and plan the activities in the grocery team. Of course, you'll actively participate in daily store operations. You'll learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as team lead. This is a stepping stone for advancing your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually store manager. You'll work strategically to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You're part of the store's management team and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You'll practice the skills you've learned through work and training. You're a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
