The position includes: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, with a trial period. Start date: September 1, 2026 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's a bit more about the position: You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without the full personnel responsibility of a team lead. Together with your team lead, you lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational retail work. You will learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as team lead. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually store manager? You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You are part of management in the store and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned through work and training.
