In short, this role means you'll help our customers access good and sustainable food at really great prices, while being prepared to take the next step toward becoming a leader at Willys. Position Details: Permanent position, full-time. Trial employment applies. Start Date: By agreement. Work Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). More About the Role: You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without full personnel responsibility as a team lead. Together with your team lead, you manage and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in the daily retail work. You'll learn the knowledge and skills needed to eventually take on a team lead role. This is a stepping stone for advancing your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You're part of management in the store and have the team lead job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned through work and training. You're a role model in serving our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
