The role, in short, means you contribute to enabling our customers to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices, while you're being prepared to take the step toward becoming a leader at Willys. The position includes: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation applies. Start date: By agreement. Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). Here's more about the role: You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without having the team lead's full personnel responsibility. Together with your team lead, you lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as team lead. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager. You work purposefully to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You are part of the management team in the store and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned through work and training.
