In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while being prepared to take the next step toward becoming a leader at Willys. The position: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation applies. Start date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). Here's more about the position: You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without the full personnel responsibility of a team leader. Together with your team leader, you lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You will learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as team leader. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team leader or perhaps eventually a store manager. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You are part of the store's management and have the team leader's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned through work and training.
