About the Job
We're looking for you if you love food, people, and sales, and want to be part of our great team at Willys Sölvesborg Kämpaslätten! In short, this role means you'll help our customers find good, sustainable food at really good prices, while being prepared to take the next step toward becoming a leader at Willys.
Job Details: Permanent full-time position, with a probationary period.
Start Date: August 17, 2026, or by agreement.
Work Hours: You'll work varying shifts including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.

You're a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without the full personnel management responsibility of a team lead.
Together with your team lead, you lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work.
You'll learn the knowledge and skills needed to eventually take on the role of team lead. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager.
You work strategically to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics.
You're part of the management structure in the store, and the team lead job description is on your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned through work and training.
You're a role model in how we meet our customers with knowledge, good judgment, and a big smile.

You love people, put the customer's needs first, and are good at bringing people along – both customers and employees.
