About the job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales, and want to be part of our great team at Willys Luleå Storheden! The position essentially means that you contribute to ensuring our customers can shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices, while you are being prepared to take the step to become a leader at Willys.
The position includes: Permanent full-time employment, probation applies.
Start date: 2026-08-10 or by agreement.
Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good command of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without having the team lead's full personnel responsibility.
Together with your team lead, you lead and plan the activities of your team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work.
You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as a team lead. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager.
You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures.
You are part of the management team in the store and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned through work and training.
You are a role model in serving our customers with knowledge, tactfulness, and a big smile.
