About the job We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Klippan Fabriksallén! The job simply means that you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while preparing yourself to take the next step to become a leader at Willys. The position: Temporary contract, 32 hours per week through 2027-03-14 Start date: 2026-09-21 or by agreement. Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years old depending on the nature of the work tasks. Here's a bit more about the position: You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without the full personnel responsibility of a team lead. Together with your team lead, you lead and plan operations in the fresh team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as a team lead. This is a stepping stone to move forward in your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You are part of the management in the store and have the team lead job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned at work and through training.
