About the job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Ängelholm Brännborn Center! In short, this role means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices, while you're being prepared to take the step toward becoming a leader at Willys. The position: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies. Start date: September 21, 2026, or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good skills in Swedish (spoken and written). Here's more about the role: You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without having the team lead's full personnel responsibility. Together with your team lead, you lead and plan activities in your team. Of course, you actively take part in daily store operations. You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as team lead. This is a springboard to advance in your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You are part of the management in the store and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned at work and through training.
