In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices, while being prepared to take the next step toward becoming a leader at Willys.
Job Details: Permanent full-time position with a trial period.
Start Date: By agreement.
Work Hours: You'll work varied shifts—early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2, Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

You're a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without the full personnel responsibility of a team lead.
Together with your team lead, you lead and plan your team's activities. Of course, you actively participate in daily store operations.
You'll learn the knowledge and skills needed to eventually take on a team lead role. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps even a store manager.
You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics.
You're part of the store's management and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned through work and training.
You're a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.

You love people, put the customer's needs first, and are good at bringing people along—both customers and team members.
