About the Job
We're looking for you—someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Halmstad Söndrum! In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices, while preparing yourself to take the next step toward becoming a leader at Willys.
Position Details: Permanent position, 32 hours per week, probation period applies.
Start Date: August 17, 2026, or by agreement.
Work Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

You're a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without full personnel management responsibility as a team lead.
Together with your team lead, you'll lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you'll actively participate in daily store operations.
You'll learn the knowledge and skills needed to eventually take on a team lead role. This is a stepping stone for advancing your Willys career, with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager.
You'll work strategically to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics.
You're part of store management and have the team lead job description on your development plan. You'll practice the skills you've learned on the job and through training.
You're a role model in serving our customers with knowledge, great judgment, and a big smile.
