Team Manager at Gazella

Gazella is now looking for a Team Manager for one of our Interim Teams – an operational leadership role for someone with solid experience in the interim business within Finance and who is motivated by seeing both people and business grow. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Interim Partners and report to the COO. The role is focused on coaching, business development, and results, and you are expected to step in operationally in the business yourself. Your Assignment As Team Manager, you lead a team of approximately 6–8 Interim Partners who work with interim solutions, primarily in accounting and payroll. You will, among other things: Lead, coach, and develop the team toward set goals Follow up on results, activities, and business while ensuring progress Provide clear feedback, challenge, and create conditions for each team member to succeed Drive and support customer conversations, business opportunities, and complex processes Be operationally active in the interim business yourself by driving assignments, bringing in business, and working on upselling Drive development of the team's working methods, processes, and use of new technology Be a role model for Gazella's values and contribute to a strong team culture The focus is on the team's business and development, while you yourself need to have an interest and strong understanding of the operational work. Your Experience To succeed in the role, we see that you have worked as a recruitment consultant in the interim business, with roles within Finance. You have experience driving interim assignments – from customer needs and sales, matching and placement to consultant management. We would like to see that you have: Several years of experience from the recruitment/interim industry within Finance Experience recruiting accountants and a good understanding of the finance function and its roles Strong commercial understanding and experience with customer conversations, sales, and upselling At least 1 year of leadership experience or informal leadership, for example as a team lead, mentor, or through having introduced and coached colleagues Interest in AI, new systems, and technical development Ability to quickly adapt to changed circumstances and make decisions Who Are You?
