Team Manager Night Shift at Sweden's Most Advanced Alarm Center!

We're now seeking an experienced and confident leader who wants to take responsibility for our evening and night operations at the alarm center in Stockholm. As Team Manager, you'll have personnel responsibility for approximately 15-20 alarm operators and team leaders and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the service and security they expect, around the clock. This is a role for you who thrives combining operational presence with coaching leadership. You'll be the natural focal point for the team during evenings and nights, make decisions when needed, and create conditions for high quality, strong engagement, and excellent results. You'll work at our security center on Kungsholmen according to a schedule that primarily includes evening and night work on weekdays. Responsibilities: As Team Manager evening & night, you have personnel responsibility for the night organization and lead daily operations with focus on quality, performance, and employee development. You're responsible for: Leading, coaching, and developing employees and team leaders. Ensuring efficient operations with high quality and customer satisfaction. Following up on and working toward operational KPIs and quality targets. Driving improvement work and developing routines and work methods. Actively working with staffing, work environment, and employee engagement. Collaborating with customers, internal functions, and other leaders within operations. You'll be the sole Team Manager for evening and night operations, but work in close collaboration with our four other Team Managers and report to the department's operations manager. We're looking for someone with: Post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. Several years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility. Experience leading operational activities with high demands for quality, service, and quick decisions. Experience with customer contact and experience handling different types of customer situations. Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new systems. Meritorious: Experience from alarm centers, security services, the security industry, or other 24/7 operations. Experience leading teams working evenings, nights, or shifts.
