As Team Manager for ERP, you will lead a DevOps team with Nordic responsibility for both development and operations of business-critical systems. You step into a role where you have full responsibility for an experienced team and where, together with others, you drive development, stability, and business value in a complex and central part of our Swedish and Danish IT environment. About the Role In your role as Team Manager within Enterprise Solutions, you will have broad responsibility where technology, business value, and leadership converge. You lead a team of approximately 12 people, including consultants, with responsibility for development, operations, and management of the ERP product area. You work closely with architects, platform teams, product owners, and end users to ensure that solutions support both business needs and technical goals. An important part of the role is to contribute to harmonizing system landscapes and processes in a Nordic context where finance, logistics, and HR organizations in both Sweden and Denmark work together effectively. You are responsible for your team's roadmap, capacity planning, and prioritization, while ensuring stable and secure operations through active work with lifecycle management, incident handling, and compliance. The role also includes driving and further developing your team's working methods by taking DevOps work to the next level. A central part of the assignment is to drive automation of processes, where AI is a natural tool for improving efficiency and quality for both your team and the business areas. You are comfortable leading others, build trust through clarity and presence, and are driven to develop both individuals and teams. You are curious and thrive in change, where you actively iterate working methods to reach goals together with others. You have strong technical understanding and experience working in complex IT environments where many systems interact. You are experienced with DevOps, system development lifecycle, and agile methodologies, and have yourself an operational background within a technology organization. It is an advantage if you have experience working with Oracle ERP. We see that you have several years of experience leading technical delivery, where you have taken responsibility for prioritization, planning, and execution. You have many years of experience with informal leadership, and it is an advantage if you have had people management responsibilities. To succeed in the role, you need to be strong in stakeholder management and comfortable in a context where you balance different end-user needs and priorities – both between technology and business as well as markets. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
