Team Leader for Pipe/Hydraulics Department

We are now looking for a Team Leader for the Pipe/Hydraulics department—a job for you who wants to perform repairs, manufacturing, and maintenance work in the shipyard industry! What does a Team Leader do with us? You will work with preventive maintenance, inspection, and manufacturing of hydraulic hoses as well as service. The team leader role is very varied where no two days are the same. The work can include everything from replacing a broken hydraulic hose on a ship to performing preventive maintenance on vessels. We are looking for someone who has... A technical interest, preferably with a hydraulics and/or industrial technical background. You have experience as a service technician, assembler, or mechanic. To thrive in the role, you should be stress-resistant, flexible, appreciate a varied workday, and be service-oriented. Furthermore, you should be structured in your work approach and be comfortable with both customer interaction and using the computer as a tool in your work.
