About the Job Since 2016, Hawaii Poké has been committed to providing our customers with healthy and delicious food made with fresh ingredients, inspired by Hawaiian and Japanese food culture. Hawaii Poké is growing every day, and we are now looking for new team members for our existing and upcoming locations. Do you have experience in restaurants, fast food chains, commercial kitchens, or simply a strong passion for food, and are you interested in a service role characterized by fast pace, teamwork, and a love for customer service? About the Role As a Team Leader, you will handle kitchen operations including cleaning, dishwashing, unpacking and restocking products, food preparation, and sales with excellent service. You will have the opportunity to work at multiple restaurants in the same area and expand your experience in this way. If you have the desire and ability to advance and train others, there are good opportunities for this within the company. Through our internal training programs and additional coaching, you can gradually expand your areas of responsibility and gain greater influence in how the restaurant operates on a daily basis.
