Team Lead for Data and Automation

We're looking for a team lead who wants to create the conditions for our data and automation team to focus on the right priorities, work efficiently together, and translate business needs into concrete solutions. In this role, you'll hold a key position between operations, management, and the team. You won't be responsible for personnel matters, but you'll support the team on a daily basis by creating structure, supporting prioritization, removing obstacles, and contributing to the team's long-term development. You need a good understanding of data, BI, AI, and automation, but the role is primarily about leadership, coordination, and business development rather than being the primary technical specialist. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will, among other things: · Support the daily work of the data and automation team · Lead and coordinate the team's planning, prioritization, and follow-up of work · Contribute to developing working methods, collaboration, and structure within the team · Serve as a contact point between operations, management, and the team · Identify and drive improvement initiatives within data, analytics, and automation · Ensure that the team's work is rooted in operational needs and goals · Contribute to environmental monitoring and development in areas such as data, automation, and AI · Create conditions for the team to deliver sustainable and value-creating solutions QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who has: · Post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or equivalent experience that the employer considers equivalent · Experience leading or coordinating a team, formally or informally · Understanding of areas such as data, BI, AI, integrations, or automation · Experience working at the intersection of operations and IT · Strong ability to create structure, prioritize, and drive work forward · Ability to communicate and build good collaborations with different stakeholders and roles · Interest in how data, automation, and AI can create business value It is a merit if you have: · Experience from the public sector · Experience with change or development work · Experience with agile working methods · Participated in collaboration or networking across organizational boundaries As a person, you're curious and solution-oriented, and you enjoy working in an agile and needs-driven manner. You're confident in your expertise but humble toward others. You're structured, flexible when conditions change, and have a strong commitment to technology's role in business and societal development. The workplace is located in central Östersund. There is an opportunity for partial remote work, which provides good conditions to live in Åre or other parts of Jämtland's mountain region and combine meaningful work with an active leisure life.
