We are now looking for a Team Assistant who wants to become an important part of our Stockholm office. Here you will have a central role in an international environment where collaboration, professionalism, and approachability are in focus.
This is the role for you if you thrive with variety, like to stay ahead of the curve, and are motivated by delivering top-notch service.
About the role
As a Team Assistant, you are a key person in the organization and together with your colleagues, you support operations in Stockholm and Copenhagen. You provide administrative support primarily to partners and directors, as well as to other employees as time allows.
The role is characterized by great variety, many points of contact, and you work independently while being an important part of a well-functioning team where everyone helps each other to ensure operations run as smoothly as possible.
Your days will vary but will mainly consist of:
Booking and coordinating travel, hotels, transportation, and meetings
Planning and coordinating internal and external events, from smaller activities to larger arrangements with up to 150 participants
Responsibility for practical office-related matters and technical support, for example telephony, meeting equipment, and user support
Handling of travel expenses and receipts
Some creation and updating of PowerPoint presentations
Supporting reception as needed
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in an assisting or coordinating role is a merit, but the most important thing is that you are a person who creates structure, brings energy, and likes to provide first-class service.
We also believe that you are unpretentious and always ready to help where needed. You have a strong service mindset and a professional demeanor, and you are tech-curious and feel comfortable with digital tools. You are also a solution-oriented and flexible person who is organized and thorough.
You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and you are an experienced user of the entire Office suite.
