About the Role As a teacher for grades F–3 with us, you will be a key person in your students' early school years. You are responsible for planning and delivering teaching that inspires and challenges. In addition to teaching and mentorship, you actively work to create a safe environment where IES core values are woven into everyday life. Your responsibilities include: - Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction according to the curriculum. - Provide close mentorship to your students and build trusting relationships with guardians. - Work actively with formative assessment and provide clear, ongoing feedback. - Collaborate closely with our student wellness team and special educators to create an inclusive learning environment.
