Taxi Driver at WOLAB - Ride Services, School Transport and Västtrafik World Of Lights AB (WOLAB) is seeking committed and responsible taxi drivers for our operations in Gothenburg. A significant part of our business consists of community-focused passenger transport on behalf of Västtrafik and the City of Gothenburg, where we perform ride services, school transport, and other specialized passenger transport. We also operate taxi and on-demand traffic through our partnerships with Cabonline/TaxiKurir, as well as pre-booked and premium transport services. As a driver at WOLAB, you will have a responsible role where safety, security, punctuality, and professional conduct are central to the work. Many of our passengers depend on transport functioning correctly and on time, which places high demands on responsibility and service. Your main tasks You will primarily work with: Ride service trips on behalf of the City of Gothenburg. School transport and student transport, where safety, security, and punctuality are particularly important. Passenger transport within Västtrafik's assignments. Customized transport for passengers with special needs. Taxi and on-demand traffic through Cabonline/TaxiKurir. Pre-booked customer trips and premium transport. Safe and secure transport from pickup to destination. Professional conduct toward passengers, relatives, school staff, dispatchers, and other contacts. Use of digital traffic, booking, and communication systems. Daily vehicle inspections and responsibility for keeping the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and traffic-safe. Special focus on ride services and school transport Work with ride services and school transport involves great personal responsibility. You may meet elderly people, people with disabilities, children and young people, and other passengers with special transport needs. We therefore seek drivers who: always prioritize safety and security, are calm, respectful, and service-oriented, are very careful with schedules and driving instructions, can handle different types of passengers in a professional manner, understand the importance of confidentiality, respect, and good conduct, can follow the client's routines and instructions, take responsibility for every trip being carried out safely and correctly. Experience with ride services, school transport, medical transport, care-related transport, or other community-focused passenger transport is a merit. Has good local knowledge of Gothenburg and surrounding areas. Can work independently and follow established routines and instructions. Has good communication skills in Swedish.
