About the Role As a taxi driver in your city, you are responsible for transporting passengers safely and punctually while providing excellent customer service. You plan routes, receive ride requests, and ensure the vehicle is in good condition — a job where independence and service-mindedness make a difference. What You Will Do Transport passengers safely and punctually within the city or region Receive and manage ride requests via booking system Plan efficient routes and adapt based on traffic and customer needs Handle payments and receipts, including card and mobile payments Ensure vehicle cleanliness and technical condition and report any issues Provide professional customer service and assist passengers as needed Follow traffic and safety regulations to maintain high safety standards Collaborate with colleagues and traffic control for smooth shifts and handovers What You Bring Class B driver's license and taxi driver certification according to Swedish requirements Good local knowledge and customer focus Experience in passenger transport is a plus You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn at every workplace Salary and Employment Type Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or as needed.
