At the Orthodontics Clinic in Karlstad, we are now looking for a dental hygienist who wants to be part of our specialist team. We are a team of 19 people – orthodontists, orthodontic assistants, dental hygienists, clinic administrator, and care administrator – who together treat both children and adult patients. The clinic has long experience and high expertise in treating various types of bite problems. At the same time, we have a work environment characterized by good team spirit and open collaboration. Your Work Tasks As a dental hygienist with us, you'll have varied work where you work closely with our orthodontists but also perform your own delegated treatment procedures within orthodontics. The work includes, among other things: assistance during orthodontic treatments delegated treatment procedures in teeth straightening work with both children and adult patients close collaboration in an experienced specialist team. Patient care is important to us. We want every patient to feel safe and well cared for when visiting the clinic. Your Knowledge and Competencies We're looking for you – a trained dental hygienist with at least three years of experience from general dentistry and good knowledge of Swedish. You don't need prior experience in orthodontics; we'll give you a secure introduction here on site. We believe you'll thrive with independent work that requires fine motor skills and structure. You have a pedagogical and warm approach to patients of all ages, are confident in your professional role, and enjoy collaborating to achieve the best results. You adapt your work tasks to the situation and show good ability to prioritize and plan your work. Want to know more?
