We are seeking a dental hygienist for Torsby! Your Workplace Folktandvården Värmland is part of Region Värmland. We operate general dental clinics in all municipalities in the region – from Sysslebäck in the north to Säffle in the southwest. Our mission is to support good oral health development for the entire population of Värmland and provide high-quality dental care to all patients. We are a medium-sized operation with two units – in Torsby and Sysslebäck – where a total of 22 employees together serve approximately 5,300 adults and 2,250 children and young people. Your Responsibilities With us, you will have varied and stimulating work that mainly consists of assistance, sterilization, reception, and independent work within prophylaxis. You will become part of a team where delegated work methods form the foundation. The clinic's dentists work increasingly with delegation and are positive about collaboration with both dental hygienists and dental therapists. Several of the clinic's dentists have specialized training in various specialties – including surgery and endodontics – which provides you with greater development opportunities. This way, you will get tasks that are varied within both adult and pediatric dentistry. It is important to us that our patients feel satisfied after a visit, and therefore we place great emphasis on quality and service. In addition, we give you a good start in your new career because you will participate in Folktandvården's comprehensive introduction program where theory is combined with practical work. The position is based in Torsby. Travel to Sysslebäck may occur and is conducted together with the dentist during work time.
