What we're looking for We're now seeking a dental assistant or dental hygienist who wants to become an important part of our team. For this position, you need at least secondary education and good knowledge of Swedish, equivalent to at least level C, both spoken and written. It's a merit if you have completed dental hygienist training and if you have previous care experience. Knowledge of the journal systems Cosmic and Carita as well as the telephone system TeleQ is also a merit. Experience in reception and administrative work from a healthcare facility is seen as an advantage. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We're looking for someone who is calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You plan, organize, and prioritize work in an efficient manner. You are flexible and adapt easily to changing circumstances, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. What you'll be working with The work includes reception, telephone, and administrative tasks with responsibility for patient scheduling, patient contact, journal systems, and other administrative work related to operations and our priorities. The work involves daily contact with patients both by phone and in person, where professional and service-oriented interactions are of great importance. If you are a trained dental hygienist, the position will be combined with traditional dental hygienist tasks, such as assisting with treatments, working with sterilization, and participating in the clinical workflow.
