The work location is Sollefteå/Kramfors or Örnsköldsvik and will be determined in dialogue with the recruiting manager. Job Responsibilities As operations manager for our Mobile Clinic, you have a central role in ensuring a well-functioning operation in the field in good collaboration with the unit manager. You are responsible for the daily operations of the Mobile Clinic. You will work with, among other things: Being the contact person towards the operations. Planning and coordinating the daily operations of the Mobile Clinic. Ensuring that equipment and materials are available and functioning. Being the contact person towards the operations. Working with quality, work environment, and improvement efforts. Supporting and mentoring employees who staff the Mobile Clinic.
