Your Assignment
As a dental hygienist with us, you work with adults, teenagers, and children with varied care needs. You work in a team with dentists. Your areas of responsibility include: assistance, sterilization and reception work with a strong focus on customer service. Additionally, in your role you share your experience to both motivate and inspire your colleagues.

We are a dedicated team with thirteen dental teams and five dental hygienists. Together with specialized and certified dentists as well as specialists in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry (in a nearby clinic), we create high expertise and close knowledge exchange, always with a focus on quality, patient safety, and a warm approach. You will work at a modern and well-equipped clinic with, among other things, a digital oral scanner, microscope, nitrous oxide equipment, and surgical motors.
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for you with completed dental hygienist education and you may have good experience. Moreover, you are a person who is motivated to further develop your skills and expertise. For you, high-quality dental care is a given, as is a professional approach to both customers and colleagues. You maintain a high level of service and have very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are positive and solution-oriented even in challenging situations. You accept feedback and see it as an opportunity to develop. We highly value your personal qualities.

Welcome to submit your application by August 9, 2026. The position is a permanent full-time role. Probationary employment may occur and start date is by agreement. Selection will be made on a rolling basis. We will take references from your clinic manager if you have been/are employed with us.
Selection Process
1. First interviews will take place continuously during the application period via phone or Teams, conducted by the team leader.
2. If you proceed to interview two, you will be invited to the clinic to meet the operations manager. These interviews will begin around August 10-11.

Before the interview, you need to be able to verify your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EES, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid work permit, or documentation showing that you are exempt from the requirement. A passed pre-employment medical examination is also required to be considered for employment.
