We are looking for a dental hygienist to join our lovely family clinic, Söderåsens Tandklinik, which is now part of Tandfokus and called Tandfokus Söderåsen, as our practice is growing. We currently have 5 people at the clinic and our goal is to soon become 6. We prefer that you have 3+ years of experience in the profession (but more is welcome!), and it's more important that you are the right fit for the job than the exact number of years you've worked. What do we mean by the right fit? For us, it means you: - Are a thorough and skilled dental hygienist - Speak fluent Swedish without difficulty - Are very social, friendly, and enjoy communicating with patients (and people in general) - Want to develop and learn more - Like to have fun at work - Possess a high degree of teamwork and conscientiousness and want to help with other tasks at the clinic beyond the usual clinical duties (seeing what needs to be done and helping do it together) You will work with a wonderful team that believes it's important to have fun at work. Your responsibilities will also include helping to lead clinic operations together with your colleagues. Working hours: Standard hours, no evenings or weekends. Possibly one day per week until 19:00, and in that case you finish early (before 16:00) all other days.
