Being a dentist at Smile Dental Care As a general dentist at Smile, you are a specialist in oral diagnostics and are responsible for ensuring that the work performed is patient-safe and meets good quality standards. An important part of your work is to offer health-promoting and preventive dental care together with your dental care team. At Smile's various clinics, you may perform everything from routine examinations to emergency dental care and more advanced treatments. At our clinics, we regularly hold joint clinic and therapy meetings where you have the opportunity for joint discussion and reflection. Through this, you have the opportunity to have great influence and development of your workplace together with your colleagues. At Smile, we work in Frenda. Employment form and start date We offer two positions as dentists at Smile Trelleborg – a permanent employment with a trial period, and a fixed-term employment. Both positions have an employment rate of 75–90% by agreement. We wish to fill one position in autumn 2026, and one at the start of 2027. We work with continuous selection, but during summer and vacation periods the process may take somewhat longer than usual. Thank you for your patience! ☀️ Who are we looking for? In addition to the above competencies, we see that you: Have Swedish dentist credentials Speak and write good Swedish Meritorious with experience as a dentist If you have experience with bite splints, it is an extra plus for one of the positions, but it is not a requirement to be considered in the process Application and questions Do you also want to be part of creating Sweden's best dental care?
