In the role of clinic manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and developing the business according to applicable goals and guidelines. You have responsibility for finances, personnel, recruitment, and work environment, and ensure that the clinic complies with applicable laws and regulations within healthcare and dentistry. The clinics are run by practitioners who together own all of Praktikertjänst. At Östersund Dental Clinic, a close-knit team works together consisting of one dentist (the position involves replacement), one dental hygienist, three experienced dental nurses, and a receptionist. The group is secure and well-functioning, with high competence and a delegated working method. The clinic has four modern treatment rooms, sterilization area, reception, waiting room, and staff and changing rooms. We work with Frenda record system, digital radiography, and digital scanning (OPG room prepared). We have approximately 2,350 active patients, mainly adults (approximately 200 children), and stable patient flow.
