About the Business
Uppsala Dental is a new facility with four treatment rooms and the Muntra record system. The clinic will initially target adult patients, with the goal of building a stable patient flow from the start.
Behind this initiative is NCPA Capital, which currently operates several other dental clinics. NCPA supports the business with finance, IT, design, marketing, and some HR, while the dentist taking on this role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. NCPA is owned by one of Sweden's leading entrepreneurs with a background as a dentist.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and develop the clinic in the role of partner dentist
Recruit and build a strong team of dental care professionals
Ensure high quality in patient care and work environment
Ensure the clinic grows and is profitable over time
Be the hub of the business – both clinically and strategically
We're Looking for You If
You want to start your own business with low investment costs
You are a licensed dentist with solid clinical experience
You have strong drive to create something of your own and take real responsibility
You are confident in leading others, making decisions, and building culture
You want a long-term role where both people and numbers matter
Requirements
✅ Swedish professional license as a dentist (issued by Socialstyrelsen) ✅ Fluent Swedish in speech and writing ✅ At least 3 years of experience as a dentist ✅ Experience in broad general dentistry ✅ History of high production and billing
