About the Clinic
The clinic is a smaller practice in central Kristianstad that has been running since taking over a well-managed practice in 2006. Patients of all ages are treated here, often multiple generations from the same family, with a focus on patient oral health.
The team currently consists of one dentist, two dental hygienists, and one dental assistant. The work environment is described as calm, harmonious, and welcoming, where patients feel secure and where good collaboration characterizes daily life. The clinic also has close cooperation with nearby clinics and specialist clinics.
About the Role
You will work primarily in clinical dentistry with patients in general dental care while also having dental leadership responsibility at the clinic. The role combines approximately 90 percent clinical work with around 10 percent administrative duties and leadership.
You will become an important part of the practice where you are expected to contribute clinical expertise, take responsibility for dental quality, and work closely with other team members to create a safe and professional patient experience.
