The role of dentist
As a dentist with us, you will meet patients of all ages and with different care needs. You will work with both preventive dental care, examinations and more advanced treatments, which gives you the opportunity to use all your professional expertise in your daily work.
You have an important role in the patient's long-term oral health and are responsible for comprehensive assessment, planning and follow-up of care. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe, quality and equal dental care for our patients.

At Rydaholm Public Dental Care you work in a smaller team with close collaboration and good team spirit. The clinic has close collaboration with Vråen Public Dental Care in Värnamo, which creates good opportunities for experience exchange, collaboration and development. There is also the opportunity to work part of the time at Vråen.
At Vråen Public Dental Care, 24 employees work together in an open work environment where collaboration and development are a natural part of daily life. The broad patient base contributes to variety in work and good opportunities to develop in your professional role. The clinic has also taken the step towards a more digital working method and has access to intraoral cameras, intraoral scanners and microscopes for endodontics.
At Gnosjö Public Dental Care, 15 employees work in a modern clinic where community, commitment and continuous improvement are the focus. Here you meet patients of all ages and with varying care needs, while becoming part of a team that enjoys working together and learns from each other.
Your profile
We are looking for you who are a licensed dentist with an interest in both pediatric and adult dental care, whether you are newly qualified or more experienced. You enjoy meeting people and see the value of good communication, high service and professional conduct.
As a person you are confident, quality-conscious and responsible. You work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment. We are looking for you who share Public Dental Care's values and vision of good and equal dental care for all residents of the region.
You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A category B driving license is a merit as travel in the course of work may occur.
