Within Public Dental Care, there is a wide range of areas of expertise. We offer both general and specialist dental care and also participate in the clinical training of dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and dental technicians. We are proud of our range of wellness activities and of course you receive a wellness allowance. We are now recruiting dental hygienists for Umeå, Nordmaling, and Vindeln (temporary position). We provide modern and health-oriented dental care for both children and adults and are looking for you to make a difference. Welcome with your application! 4 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a dental hygienist with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure. We offer varied work with patients of all ages and you will work with both health promotion, prevention, and disease treatment measures. With us, you receive thorough introductory training in your new role with good development opportunities and the chance to work within your areas of interest. As a newly graduated professional, you have access to clinical supervision and support so you can develop and grow into your professional role. As a dental hygienist, you work independently and perform examinations and treatments such as caries and periodontal disease, and identify, assess, and plan oral health interventions. Outreach dental care and preventive work at child health centers and schools may also be part of your duties. We are proud of the collaboration that exists between our clinics. It contributes to good development opportunities and may mean that work at more than one of the workplaces may become relevant. We use computerized scheduling and patient records T4 as well as the voice recognition tool Voxit Vocal. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed dental hygienist, or who are about to complete your dental hygiene education. We value that you are committed, knowledgeable, and passionate about performing your work with high quality and customer satisfaction. You are responsible and see caring for patients as a natural part of the work. This includes the ability to understand the patient's needs from a holistic perspective. You communicate easily and have good ability to organize and prioritize your work. You are flexible with the ability to take your own responsibility and are driven by a desire to develop.
