Within Public Dental Care, there is a wide range of areas of expertise. We have both general and specialist dental care and also participate in the clinical training of dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and dental technicians. We work in modern and well-equipped facilities and are located in several places throughout the region. We are now looking for dental hygienists for Public Dental Care Burträsk, Norsjö/Malå, and City Clinic in Skellefteå. We provide modern and health-focused dental care for both children and adults and are looking for you who want to make a difference. Here you will have the opportunity to work with quality dental care in an operation where commitment, development, and patient focus are central. At Public Dental Care Anderstorp in Skellefteå, there is a specialist orthodontics clinic and Public Dental Care's new unit Competence Center will also be located here, which is now under development. We also provide sedation dentistry for children and adults at Skellefteå Hospital. Please indicate in your application which locations you are most interested in. We offer varied work with patients of all ages and you will work with health promotion, preventive measures, and disease treatment. With us you receive thorough introduction to your new role with good development opportunities and the chance to work within your areas of interest. As a newly graduated professional, you have access to clinical supervision and support so you can develop and grow into your professional role. As a dental hygienist you work independently and perform examinations and treatments for such things as tooth decay and periodontal disease as well as identify, assess, and plan oral health care interventions. Outreach dental care and prevention work at child health centers and schools may also be part of your duties. We are proud of the collaboration that exists between our clinics. It contributes to good development opportunities and may mean that working at more than one of the workplaces could be relevant. We use computerized appointment booking and journal system T4 as well as the speech recognition tool Voxit Vocal. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed dental hygienist, or who will soon complete your dental hygienist training. We value that you are committed, knowledgeable, and passionate about performing your work with high quality and customer satisfaction. You are responsible and consider care a natural part of your work. This includes the ability to see the patient's needs from a holistic perspective. You communicate easily and have good ability to organize and prioritize work. You are flexible with the ability to take responsibility and are driven by a desire to develop.
