We are looking for a dental hygienist at Folktandvården Haga! Your Workplace Folktandvården Haga is centrally located in Karlstad. We are 41 employees with high and broad expertise in all areas. In all professional categories, there are both younger and more experienced colleagues. Here we treat 13,900 patients, divided between both children and adults. In the same building is also the Specialty Clinic for Periodontology, Endodontics, Prosthodontics, and Pediatric Dentistry. Our work model is 7-19, where you alternate between morning and afternoon shifts. Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include all tasks within the dental hygienist's professional profile. This means that as a dental hygienist, you will treat your own patients in pediatric and adult dentistry with examinations, disease-treating measures, and preventive dental care. You will work in a team with dentists and dental nurses. There are also good opportunities for development and expanded responsibilities. We collaborate with BVC (child health centers), preschools, and schools. Your Knowledge and Competence We welcome you who are a licensed dental hygienist, but also you who are studying the final semester of dental hygiene education. Experience in the profession is meritorious but not required. For us, it is important that you have the ability to work both independently and together with others. You are accommodating in your approach and adapt easily to changing circumstances. You plan and organize your work efficiently and consider the best interests of the organization in your actions and decisions. It is important to us that patients feel satisfied after a visit, and we place great emphasis on good service and professional conduct.
