FTV Eyra is included as a clinic in a unit together with FTV Hallsberg/Askersund. The unit has a shared operations manager and a shared unit manager. We also have two unit coordinators. As a dental hygienist, you have the operations manager as your direct supervisor. FTV Eyra is centrally located in the east of Örebro and is an attractive clinic for both staff and patients. We perhaps have the city's best location on the sixth floor with panoramic views over the city. The clinic is new and fresh with 12 bright, spacious treatment rooms, a welcoming waiting area, two conference rooms, an administrative department, and a pleasant staff room. Eyra has high equipment standards with digital scanning, panoramic X-rays, microscopes, as well as modern sterilization.
The clinic is growing and currently has approximately 19,000 patients, of which approximately 40% are children. Of the staff group's approximately 40 employees, 5 are dental hygienists, all with experience. Extensive experience in mentoring exists, and the clinic is popular among trainees. We work Monday - Friday and have the scheduling model 7-19 at the beginning of the week.
Job Responsibilities
As a dental hygienist, you meet patients of all ages. The main task is important preventive dental care as well as diagnosis and treatment of caries and periodontitis. You actively work with our concept for Healthy Dentistry. We continuously develop new working methods for our patients' sake and work, for example, in different shifts. In your role as a dental hygienist, you are part of a team together with dentists and dental nurses. Having areas of responsibility and unpretentiously supporting and mentoring colleagues is something we consider self-evident. A good working environment and enjoying working together are things we value highly. Since we enjoy collaborating, you may have the opportunity to work at neighboring clinics.
Qualifications
You are a licensed dental hygienist. Experience in pediatric and adult dental care is a merit. You master the Swedish language and express yourself well in speech and writing.
We work in the Frenda patient management system. We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible and accustomed to managing many different responsibilities. You can take initiative and have good collaboration skills.
