About the Clinic
Tandcentrum is a growing dental care chain with clinics in Karlstad, Kristinehamn, Mariestad, and now in Värnamo. The practice offers general dentistry in a modern environment where technology, quality, and patient focus are central.
The Värnamo clinic has four treatment rooms and uses the Muntra patient management system along with digital equipment such as panoramic X-ray and digital sensors. The patient base consists mainly of adult patients, and the appointment book is typically fully booked.
The work environment is characterized by clear procedures, close collaboration, and attentive leadership focused on quality, well-being, and development. Here, people work unpretentiously together and place great emphasis on both patient experience and team spirit.
About the Role
As a dental hygienist at Tandcentrum, you work with standard tasks within the dental hygienist's scope of practice. The work consists mainly of patient treatments with a focus on preventive dentistry, examinations, and patient education.
The workday begins with a short morning meeting before patient work starts at 8:00 AM. The role involves significant personal responsibility where high quality, thorough documentation, and long-term patient relationships are central.
Beyond clinical work, the entire team helps with shared tasks at the clinic, for example in sterilization and staff areas. Here, unpretentiousness and a willingness to contribute to a positive workplace are valued.

Requirements
✅ Swedish professional license as a dental hygienist (issued by Socialstyrelsen) ✅ At least 1 year of professional experience ✅ Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
