We are now seeking a dental hygienist who wants to make a difference Main responsibilities and duties At Folktandvården Munkedal-Färgelanda, you will meet patients of all ages with many different care needs. As a dental hygienist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel welcomed and secure during their visits. You will use your full range of skills while the position also demands both creativity, empathy, and service mindedness. The position includes, among other things: Work within the full scope of dental hygiene competence Being an important part of the clinic's health-promoting and preventive dental care for all ages Opportunity to work with Outreach dental care, both for LSS clients and elderly care Opportunity to work with Public health initiatives for children and youth Networking with colleagues at nearby clinics Collaboration with neighboring clinics Participation in creative solutions and opportunities for the clinic's continued development Our clinic currently has a total of 26 employees with 12 treatment rooms, distributed across 2 locations. Feel free to read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Munkedal - Folktandvården and Folktandvården Färgelanda - Folktandvården Requirements and profile Licensed dental hygienist Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish gymnasium level or Swedish C1 in both speech and writing Ability to organize and prioritize work in an efficient and thoughtful manner Ability to convey a stable and calm impression even when there is much to do Ability to collaborate and relate to other people in a responsive manner Contribute to the development of the operations by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work. If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring is part of our development program, which also includes networking meetings, team and communication training, and observation at a specialist or general dental care clinic. Our clinic has a dental hygienist with mentor training. The first step in the recruitment process is a digital interview with HR. After the application deadline, the clinic manager will select applicants and invite them to interviews at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 36-37.
