We are now seeking an engaged and organized operations manager for our Mobile Clinic. The Mobile Clinic makes it possible to offer dental care close to patients, for example pediatric dental care and care facilities in rural areas. The position is based in Sollefteå/Kramfors or Örnsköldsvik and will be determined in dialogue with the recruiting manager. Responsibilities As operations manager for our Mobile Clinic, you have a central role in ensuring a well-functioning operation in the field in good collaboration with the unit manager. You are responsible for the daily operations of the Mobile Clinic. Your tasks will include: Being the contact person for the facilities. Planning and coordinating daily operations of the Mobile Clinic. Ensuring that equipment and materials are available and functioning. Being the contact person for the facilities. Working with quality, work environment, and improvement efforts. Supporting and mentoring staff who staff the Mobile Clinic.
