We are now looking for a dental hygienist who wants to make a difference Main responsibilities and tasks At Folktandvården Källstorp, you meet patients of all ages with diverse care needs. As a dental hygienist with us, you play an important role in ensuring patients feel well received and safe during their visit. You get to use your full expertise while the role also demands creativity, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset. The position includes, among other things: Being an important part of the clinic's health-promoting and preventive dental care for all ages Working with your own examinations and identifying, assessing, and planning appropriate oral health interventions Outreach dental care at elderly care facilities We have 7 treatment rooms and a total of 22 employees. We now need to strengthen the team with a dental hygienist to meet patient needs and ensure good accessibility. Are you the right person? We hope so! Feel free to read more about our opening hours and how to find Folktandvården Källstorp, Trollhättan - Folktandvården Qualifications and profile Licensed dental hygienist Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care Swedish language proficiency equivalent to Swedish upper secondary school or Swedish C1 in both speech and writing Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently and thoughtfully Ability to maintain a calm and stable demeanor even when there is a lot to do Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner Contribute to organizational development by actively participating in the clinic's improvement efforts. If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring is part of our development program, which also includes networking meetings, team and communication training, and observation at specialist or general dental care clinics. About the recruitment process The first step in the recruitment process is a digital interview with HR. After the application deadline, the clinic manager will select applicants and invite them to interview at the clinic. These interviews are planned for weeks 37-38.
