At FTV Campus, all treatments that public dental care can provide are conducted for all ages. At our modern clinic, a wonderful team of 20 people works together. The workplace has 14 treatment rooms and is characterized by a good work environment with a work group that has good teamwork and a positive work climate. Folktandvården Campus was inaugurated in 2012 and is located on the campus area in central Östersund. Campus has unique, modern, and fresh facilities housed in a building designated as a cultural monument. The clinic strives for collaboration within and between all professional groups to provide the patient with the best possible care. The clinic's employees are a mix of experienced and younger colleagues across all professional groups. 2 position(s). DUTIES Work at the clinics is varied. The position includes all tasks within the dental hygienist's area of competence. You perform examinations and identify, assess, and plan appropriate oral health care measures. You work independently with children, adults, and in outreach activities. Working hours vary and the degree of employment can vary. If you are newly graduated, you will receive support/mentoring from an experienced dental hygienist. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking you who are a licensed dental hygienist. We are seeking you who take personal responsibility for your work and where goals, results, and quality are important guiding principles for both your efforts and your priorities, but who also consider the best interests of the entire operation in your actions and decisions. To succeed in this position, you need to have a confident and professional demeanor. You have a good ability to communicate with patients and colleagues and are good at collaborating both within the team and in the larger group. Care and service are a natural part of your work, and it is self-evident to you to involve the patient in possible treatment alternatives. Furthermore, you are good at organizing and prioritizing work in an efficient manner. It is meritorious if you have experience with the T4 computer system have experience with pediatric/geriatric dental care You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Folktandvården in the region has fifteen general dental clinics, of which four are located in the Östersund area and the remaining in other parts of the region. In Östersund, there is hospital and specialist dental care which is also part of Folktandvården's operations.
