We are now seeking a dental hygienist who wants to make a difference Main Tasks and Responsibilities At Folktandvården Boda, you meet patients of all ages with many different care needs. As a dental hygienist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and safe during their visit. You will make full use of your competence while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a service mindset. The position includes, among other things: Being an important part of the clinic's health-promoting and preventive dental care for all ages Working with your own examinations and identifying, assessing, and planning appropriate oral health care interventions Outreach dental care at nursing homes occurs in varying extents We currently have a total of 15 employees at our clinic with 7 treatment rooms. We work according to a traditional schedule. Feel free to read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Boda, Borås - Folktandvården Qualifications and Profile Licensed dental hygienist Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish upper secondary school or Swedish C1 in both speech and writing Ability to organize and prioritize work in an efficient and sensible manner Ability to project a stable and calm demeanor even when there is much to do Ability to collaborate and relate to other people in a responsive manner Contribute to the development of the operation by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work. If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individualized mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring is part of our development program, which also includes network meetings, team and communication training, and clinical observation at a specialist or general dental care clinic. About the Recruitment Process The first step in the recruitment process is a digital interview with HR. After the application deadline, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for interviews at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 39-40.
