To our wonderful family clinic, Söderåsens Tandklinik, which is now part of Tandfokus and called Tandfokus Söderåsen, we are looking for you to work as a dental hygienist at the clinic as our practice grows. Currently we are 5 people at the clinic and our goal is to soon be 6. We prefer that you have 3+ years of experience in the profession (more is welcome!), but honestly, it's more important that you're the right person for the job than the number of years you've worked. The right person for the job - what do we mean by that? For us, it means that you: - Are a thorough and skilled dental hygienist - Speak fluent Swedish without difficulty - Are very social, pleasant, and enjoy communicating with patients (and people in general) - Have Swedish dental hygiene licensure - Have an interest in treating patients with periodontal disease - Want to develop and learn more in the profession - Enjoy having fun at work - Possess a high degree of collaboration skills, conscientiousness, and a willingness to help with other tasks at the clinic (seeing what needs to be done and helping each other get it done together). You will work with a really wonderful team that believes it's important to have fun at work. Your work tasks will also include helping to lead the work at the clinic together with other colleagues. We'll tell you more about this during the interview!
